Five structures. One valley. Built for groups.
Pedernales Valley Ranch was built for exactly what Family Camps exists for: multiple families sharing one piece of the Hill Country. Each family can have their own quarters — two modular homes, a loft over the recreation barn — while everyone gathers under the barndo, at the fire pit, or in the hot tub overlooking the valley.
The infrastructure is already group-proof. An oversized septic system rated for 12 bathrooms, backup Generac generators with propane, a water well plus rainwater collection, and an all-weather limestone road mean the compound runs even when the Hill Country grid doesn't. And with Dripping Springs, Austin, and Pedernales Falls State Park all close, getting there is easy from anywhere in Central Texas.
